The residence, taking inspiration from birds returning to the nest each evening, is synonymous with warmth, serenity and peace. It dominates the Brescia shoreline of Lake Garda overlooking the waters of San Felice del Benaco, just 50 metres from the beach.

Design and Functionality

Wood, stone, glass and steel are bio-architectural materials which ensure the complex’s seamless integration with the surrounding natural environment, while guaranteeing that its construction has minimal impact on the environment. With the environment in mind, the supporting structure is made from X-Lam, certified and recyclable sold wood panels, and boasts a thermal-sanitary system powered by natural solar energy to produce energy from photovolatic panels and hot water using solar panels. The combination of these innovative systems and the energy classification of the facility as Class A reduces CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.

The availability of charging points for electric cars and the meticulous selection of certified organic materials for floors, fabric coverings, textiles and linen complete our overarching commitment to well-being and protecting the environment. The Rio Verde/Lamasu residence staff is at the disposal of guests to organize trips, tours as well as recreational and cultural activities of any kind. From aperitifs on a private boat by the Isola del Garda, known as the Pearl of the Lake, to wine and food tours to discover the wine trails through the prestigious wine cellars of Lugana, including the renowned local olive oil presses and shows at the Verona Arena, to fun for the whole family at Gardaland and the Garda Parks, such as the Caneva water park or the enchanting Sigurtà gardens.

The residence is also strategically located to discover the charm of the lake and its interior whatever the season: from the mystery of the Catullus caves to the Rocca di Manerba nature park, from the history of Vittoriale degli Italiani to the artistic quarter.
